There is a large double bed studio room on the ground floor, and a twin bedded mezanine level. The studio room has a kitchen area with oven, fridge and small washing machine. There is gas fired central heating for out of season lets and a shower room/w.c. with an efficient shower and plenty of hot water. Outside there is a beautiful and private vine covered patio area with superb views and furniture for four people and B.B.Q. facilities.
